My friend's odd rant over this woman's comment.

Frankly, I admire your friend's self-restraint. The woman was so far out of line, she was queuing for something else entirely.

But maybe she was hot and looked like the kind that wouldn't mind being the meat in a pumpernickel sandwitch, if you know what I mind.

I can honestly say that I really don't know what you mean, actually. :wtf:

In the most common sense, a sandwich has some kind of meat between two pieces of bread. Pumpernickel is a rye bread, usually dark in colour.

Good now?

She sounds to me like she's not had a lot of exposure to black people and has bought into the stereotype presented in the media and news... A stereotype perpetuated as much by a large segment of the African-American population as by racist whites in the media and news...

That or she's a total idiot, at which point she's probably good a sex from years of practice and perhaps worth a one night stand of fun.

Quick Update:

My dear friend was on facebook earlier today, Both of them were talking over to clear thing up, he said himself that for now the jury is still out. He's trying to get together with her some time soon in the future to see how the things goes for both of them together. He will inform us later.

For his sake, I hope their relationship will be go smooth than we expected. Granted, her comment were so awkward, that's why he was so uptight about this, but I know she's limited to knowledge about black guys and all, to me, she's not really racist at all, to her she's just surprised that my friend spoke so well with the proper sentences. There's no reason to cause a controversy over her racist comment. I'll praying that he's forgiving her racist comment for calling him whitest black guy that she ever known.

Obviously the comments were racist and insulting, but that doesn't mean she's a bad person. She may be some kid who doesn't know any better because of her background. She'll probably be mortified once she acquires more life experience.

At best, she's not very informed. Probably more likely sheltered or ignorant.

Maybe racist, in that light, is a bit harsh. Maybe.

He should better bring this issue up fast and clear because it is a mighty weight that could drown a relationship.

For her it could be just an experiment to "taste" something she usually doesn't just so she can say she did it.. unregarding the person and personality but just the skin and associated mythsd like "blacks have bigger dicks" and such.

If he's just an experiment he should know about it early and then decide if he just wants a few fucks and propagate the stereotype or not. Many people are closet racists whether they realize it or not.. from not sitting next to someone who's clearly not of your ethnicity on a seat in the bus to downright labeling them as Gangsta (or "He sure was in a gang when he was young") when they see a black guy.

Sometimes people need a slight kick in the head to think about their views and how they may hurt others.
