On the whole, Voyager's music was pretty unmemorable, but there are still a handful of really good scores. Everyone has already mentioned "Scorpion" and "Dark Frontier", but I'd also point out "Real Life", which has some beautiful melodies, and "Message in a Bottle", which has some really fun action music at the end. The use of piano in the Chakotay/Seven scenes in "Endgame" was very nice as well.
