The kid looks fine, too bad he doesn’t have any talent.

Did anyone else think Kate looked adorable with a little extra weight on her? Maybe adorable isn’t the word I’m looking for. Bewitching? Scrumptious? MILF? Yes, that’s the word, MILF. Sorry, the devil made me say that.

Why do you think that? His stuff looks pretty impressing to me.

I'm just a little tired of people with no artistic ability drawing grammar school pictures and telling us it's art.
But he clearly has artistic ability! (Whatever that really is, but the intention the produce art.) What would his drawings have to look like in order to prove his artistic ability to you?

But Americans ALWAYS judge based on appearances alone . . .
Americans only?? This is one of the most bigoted and untrue comments I have ever read. Even if it had been posted by an American.

Uh..sorry..what I meant to say was that as a society, people(Americans in general as well as others) have always judged others for their appearances. And I'm not being a bigot when I say this..it's a fact. GEESH.. If you don't believe me, read some magazines that are out on the stands now.

Yes, there's a reason many of our mother's didn't want us going out the door with our shoes dirty and our hair not combed not to mention the holey underwear in case of an accident. Appearances to count whether we want them to or not. However, it's certainly not an American phenomenon. When I lived in France I noticed folks were a lot pickier about their appearance than many Americans.

I guess I should mean what I say then..and post what I mean to say. Didn't mean to offend anyone here..but it's definitely a world known fact that people are judged by appearances alone by societies..and it does not have to be Americans either. It can be France, Italy, Morroco, or anywhere else for that matter. I was merely in my previous post stating a fact not knowing I would be called a "bigot" for saying it.

Yeah, seriously. You realize there are many different kinds of people in America right? That is like saying "all Americans love pancakes" or something, absurd.

So..ok..are you calling me a blonde then? I am merely stating a well-known fact. Look at magazines today for instance. Many people in different articles state opinions about stars all the time, saying stuff like: oh she looks like an easter egg in a suit, or oh she rocked that! It's merely a fact that has been going on for years in society..it doesn't have to be America either..just was using an example. Oh and yes, most Americans love pancakes. That's a fact as well. Not all of them do..but most of them do.

Others also judge on appearances alone, the Brits for instance, if Patsy and Eddie from "Absolutely Fabulous" are to be believed.

Patsy: Come, on, sweetie. Catherine Oxenberg, Liz Taylor, Khashoggi, Shahpari Khashoggi, darling. All that money and she's still got a moustache. Oh, sweetie, one more facelift on this one and she'll have a beard. And darling, why do we think Pricilla Presley wears gloves?

Eddie: Oh, I don't know.

Patsy: Liver spots, sweetie. Don't you remember?

Americans certainly are more looks obsessed than in other countries.
Just compare the teeth of those in US tv shows to those in UK shows for one example/
