Could Lore kill Worf or Spock with one hit, if he put all of his strength into the blast?

What if he hit them in the chest? Could he give them cardiac arrest, or even punch a hole straight through?

TNG established early on that Data was indeed stronger than Worf. (I think it was in Hide & Q.)
TNG also showed unquestionably that Lore could beat the shit out of Worf with one hit, as he did in the turbolift in "Datalore."
So yeah, I think Lore could easily take out Worf or Spock.

I don't think Lore and Data's strength levels and physical fighting capabilities have been properly quantified. Data can bend metal bars etc, so presumably Lore can too. However, I don't see that this would have a direct correlation with punching prowess or that Dr Soong would have allowed for it, so I'm gonna go with "No".
An attack that had a less kinetic and more pressure-related approach, though, would be a different kettle of fish.

Lore could easily kill Worf or Spock. I wasn't sure if he could do it with one hit, though. If Lore is strong enough to bend metal bars, then you'd think that his punching prowess is also outstanding. He can definitely punch harder than Worf and Spock. He's an android, after all.

Does Lore have time to prepare? Do Spock or Worf? This is a very important consideration.

But to give your question a serious answer, one human can kill another human in one hit if struck properly. So I'd say yes, a being such as Lore who is established to be stronger than Worf or Spock could do this.
