This has been driving me nuts for a while now.
I'm a movie buff, so I watch a lot of movie trailers. Like most people, there are some I really enjoy, want to keep for reference, or occasionally cut into joke videos I make for friends. The problem is that while the studios are fine with releasing their ads in every streaming format known to man, they apparently aren't so keen on having even the TRAILER for their film on their customers' hard drives.
I know that people are able to download movie trailers for their iPods, but I don't have one, and I assume iTunes has some setting to keep them from being played outside the program. I also know there are programs that let you rip video from Youtube, but being the snob that I am, I dislike not having the videos in full resolution.
Are there any sites out there that are good for trailer downloads? And please, don't talk about sites for downloading the entire film. I'm not looking to violate the TOS here.
