The Borg mind-link carnage montage, and the end bit where the derelict cube came to life from "Unity". I hadn't seen First Contact yet, and these more elaborate, fearsome and zombie-like Borg were total BAMF's. I was like, "Oh god oh god oh god!!" when the cube activated and it looked like Voyager was doomed.

When the Borg were fearsome... sigh.

The 'Timeless' opening ice-crash (best thing about ep)

1. That scene in "The 37's" when Janeway and Chakotay come to say goodbye to those who would like to stay on the planet and there's no one there.

2. The scene in "Caretaker" when Kim says "we're on the other side of the galaxy". I still get goosebumps from that one. Now the adventure really begins!

3. Kes's speech to Toscat, the Ocampa Elder in "Caretaker".

4. The "spaghetti fight" between Tom Paris and Neelix in "Parturition". Hilarious!

5. The Destruction of the Array in "Caretaker".
