when the panels are in the vertical position they can't go to warp. Impulse only in that position

Yes it was, I do all my Models in Sketchup!

Very cool, and well done.
I couldn't quite get my head around Sketchup, but it is a very neat modeling program.
(Also, .skp models can be converted by Reallusion 3DExchange for use in Reallusion iClone programs). I know I am a big advocate of 3DExchange and iClone (neither of which are modeling apps in themselves.... 3DExchange is a conversion app for a few popular formats -- .obj, .3DS, .skp-- for use in iClone, which is an animation program.)
Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing more on this ship, and others like it.
DY-500 Modified, What look to be solar panels are actually warp field generators. The generators have 2 configurations as you can see.
What you've done here makes me smile.
