These aren't funny, they're just painful.

There must be someone who's written halfway reasonable lyrics. Never mind their singing quality. The DS9 theme in particular isn't written for a humanoid voice.

Jack Black sings Gene Roddenberry.

Here's a guy who has more of the right idea for TNG lyrics, if you can tolerate the singing.

I can sing the DS9 theme with lyrics. He has done a great job with these themes.
