i have this disterbance in the force that the blue jays will not win the mlb american league title

The Mariners are not that great of a team. They have an extremely streaky lineup. And as acclaimed as their pitching staff is, last year it was even better. This year there was inconsistency and injury. Last year was the year to trade for big names, but instead they traded for Justin Turner.

Shohei might have had the best game ever last night. I hate the dodgers with a passion but one cannot deny how legendary that was.
Well, the Blue Jays and Mariners are certainly dragging this out. 
TBH, I'm not sure giving those 2 guys their hero as a manager is a good idea, but I think Albert will make a good manager.
Tennessee's Tony Vitello looks to be the favorite to land the Giants manager job. And apparently this is just something that doesn't happen in the MLB. The NBA and NFL have no problem scouring the college ranks for their next coach, but not the MLB. Brewers manager Pat Murphy coached college for 25 years before the Padres hired him, but they didn't hire him to be their manager.
As a Giants fan, I'm intrigued. They get someone on the outside to mange this team, and it might bring in a somewhat new culture. I know in terms of the offense, the culture needed to change because other than 2021, it's been bad since prior to the Covid year.
I wouldn’t be so sure of that.
ETA: I am very twitchy right now. The last time I was this twitchy, the Seahawks were in the NFC Championship and won the Super Bowl!

Definitely cheering on the Jays, but they are going to get pummelled. As a lifelong fan, I am bummed this means that Shapiro, Atkins and Schneider are not going to be fired and replaced with people who can look up from the spreadsheet every so often and actually assess with their eyes. I feel this team is punching above its weight, not that these three have done anything special.
I'm also not upset that the Dodgers control so much money or the star players. They have the money, why not spend it? If guys like Bob Nutting in Pittsburgh, Jerry Reinsdorf in Chicago, Bruce Sherman in Miami don't want to spend the money, they should sell. If you want to make a profit, be the Dodgers.

I expected a happy post from you but you sound so defeated. At least hope there isn't a sweep.
I'm predicting Dodgers in 6, but I'm rooting for the Blue Jays and definitely rooting for no sweep.
I want the Jays to win, just so Trump can have a meltdown on social media about a Canadian team winning.
