I'm going to go all Sigmund Freud on you and ask you to make an avatar of your (biggest) fear, as all self help books will tell you that facing your fears may lead to great opportunities.
Alternatively, you can make an avatar of something you would like to do or have done to conquer your fear(s).
For example, I am terrified of heights:
and last year I went gliding:
