Microsoft pasting

Can we paste from MICROSOFT with this new board? When I do I get a bunch of coding stuff like FONT FONT and crazy things like that..

How are you doing the copy/paste? I just tried a basic test with boldface type, plain type, and italics, and they copied and pasted from Word into here just fine.

I am actually slow with these things. Tell me the exact process you do. Because all I do is I block out what I want to paste..then paste it in. Then when I post it I get all these wierd things..in fact I will past into this..

Robert, the code you are seeing doesn't show in your actual post. Just in the creation when you are looking at it.

Figured it out..had some setting in my profile. Switched it to simple editing option...thanks for feed back!!! you are a hero!

Okay, that's weird. Can you try a copy/paste on it with the font all the same size?

All fixed now. In case this has happened to anyone else. There is a setting in the EDITING area of your profile settings. Mine was on some kind of Advanced setting. I changed it to simple editing setting. Seems to have worked. Kubwulf get to work now!

It looks like the font size is the issue, RobertScorpio. Maybe the WYSIWYG interface just can't translate it properly.
