As stating in the original post, this is "an April Fools joke."

However, if you vote for it on the ThinkGeek site, it's possible they may make it as an actual product if there's enough demand. My guess is this one would be tricky though, since they'd have to get Rosetta Stone to agree to do it (ThinkGeek already has the Star Trek license)
