His personality. His horrible barking on the bridge, his leering expression, his in your face aggressiveness. His smugness. I really, really, really dislike him. And I pretty much love everyone on every Trek.

How can you dislike anyone who spent half his time on the bridge, barking... whilst his balls were swinging by Data's face? It's one of the genius things about TNG!

The thing with Keiko is that we really only saw her in situations in which she had cause to complain about something. They almost never showed in in situations that were more positive. It makes the character look whinier that she actually is.
