I may have misread, but I thought they had to re-shoot certain scenes due to damage to the prints. Indeed, the Nancy actress commented on how she said she was slimmer due to having had flu in between shoots. I think it was the (arguably inaccurate) These Are The Voyages.
Well in that case it was scenes involving Nancy hedford! LOL. Doesn't Memory Alpha give the shooting dates for all the episodes and what they consisted of?
According to Memory Alpha actress Elinor Donahue claims that she lost the weight and then they tried to use the big scarf she was wearing to hide her weight loss. Therefore by process of elimination they probably wouldn't be using the scarf to hide her weight loss on the scenes where she was near death in the bed. Cuz she was supposed to look ill anyway and they could have used a blanket to cover up her weight loss. So it seems to me the only logical place where the re-shot scenes took place where at the end when she was walking around. But that's all a guess assuming that the quote from the actress and the story is even true.

Was that an actual reshoot, though? I thought they had to postpone filming of her scenes because she was sick with a real bad case of flu, then had to schedule the scenes during the filming of the following episode.
That’s correct. They had to pick up these scenes later due to illness (during “I, Mudd” IIRC), Luna’s scenes were not reshot.
Which cites a lot of stuff as reported by Cash Markman, so caveat emptor.

IIRC, it was Luna's romantic scenes with Kirk that were shot later, as you don't want your leading man shooting kissing scenes with someone who's got the flu. If Shatner had gotten sick, that would've played havoc with the show's shooting schedule, I'm sure.
On the upside, Luna said that her having the flu contributed to Marlena having an extra-sultry voice in "Mirror, Mirror", so that was unexpected fringe benefit.
