Really? Weird. I'm going to go to E3 next year, I was going to do it this year but I didn't have the $500 (plus the money for the plane flight).

Is MGS4 really all it's cracked up to be? To me the Solid Snake series was more fun back in the simpler 8-bit NES days.

Yep, MGS4 was a really great game...if you enjoyed (and completed) the previous metal gear solid games. Alot of the fun in the game comes from the tons of references and homages to the previous games in the series. if you didnt play (and beat) the other games, alot of the fun will be lost.
