Memory Beta policy on warnings?

Hi, I was just wondering, what is the Memory Beta policy on warnings? Is it like Wikipedia? A user added illegal content to a page, and I wrote on their talk page to not add illegal content in the future. (Illegal content was a link to the source text of some RPG).. Thanks..
