Have always loved to see Star Trek/Dr Who meet up. Here are my notions for meet ups plots.
1: Ent/7th Doctor: Arriving on a world going through its 15 month winter season, it's assumed an old enemy attacked the world. But could it have been 'the Fusion' Vulcans, after the survivors hear T'Pol's accent. And "Could" the Vulcans have inadvertently influenced a past race?

2: STO/*4th Doctor: Why are crew members from a research facility afraid of the Head Administrator, how did Sarah Jane arrive on said facility, and why is the Doctor suffering from dueling deja vu feelings; while getting to the bottom of a greater matter.

3: NG/6th Doctor: Ramussan and Ardra pull off a joint con on same world Vash is using a tour group to investigate an ancient sight; Doctor arrives after the Enterprise aids a distressed Draconian ship. But why is Thomas Riker allied with the Daleks/and why is Ardra calling herself... the Rani?

4: DS9/8th Doctor: Responding to a distress signals leading back to 'Birthright', evidence is found that the Klingons may be behind the attack, and slaves to robotic tanks; the Doctor discovers evidence a dead enemy may not be dead; and reveals a possible reason why the Jem'Hadar bodyguard the Vorta.

5: Vgr/5th Doctor: Assuming a planet is just coming into Warp technology, Voyager discovers otherwise. Crew from an early warp driven ship are posing as the village's pro-tector.
Towns people accuse crew members from both Voyager and the TARDIS. Voyager recognizes the cause out right, the Doctor assumes Mandragora Helix energy initially.

*4th Doctor mts DS9: What was so important an Andorian diplomat needed to smuggle an unknown item within un-scanable substance; what caused the peculiar burns where their body was found; who stole the TARDIS and for what reason. And why is a Romulan posing as... a Vulcan?
