McCoy does 'The Pandorica'

McCoy got a lot of flak when the show was axed way back when, but I think he was just being tarred with the same brush as the show's less successful elements.

I think I would pay good money for just a recording of the surviving Doctors performing various iconic speeches from the show.

He's a nice bloke and it's cool that he's done something like that, but I didn't think he was very good, actually. Of course it's not proper acting and no one is pretending that it is, but it's all a bit am-dram, isn't it?

I liked the part where he gets quiet and says "let someone else try first", then he goes back to "7th mode" and says something to the effect of "that should keep them busy."

That was fantastic! I especially loved the delivery of "Remember every black day I ever stopped you! And then, and then...do the smart thing: Let somebody else try first." It was very Seventh Doctor-like, especially the last season (and certain Big Finish audios).

I'm thrilled to read that he wants to do the 50th anniversary. This must happen, BBC, Moffat.

If you want to get technical.

Somewhere deep in the doctor's body the 7th doctor's persona resides.

So he did kind of utter the speech in a sense.
