Okay, here's the FINAL final versions, with a few minor tweaks to some shading and highlights, mostly. It's been sent off to Ptrope so call it a done deal.

For some reason, I never bothered to comply with one of the cardinal rules of creating this type of artwork: flip the canvas right to left periodically just to see if any weirdness has crept in that your brain can't register because you've been looking at it only one way for so long. I finally did that just a little while ago and it's amazing how skewed and lop-sided Picard looks.

Oh well, it's gonna have to be good enough. I've already sent it to Ptrope and I've got other things I need to work on. Let that be a lesson to all you artists, though; flip your canvas! And if you're working with traditional mediums, use a mirror!
