I thought about doing that. I was going to do a whole NASCAR looking picture. Was going to have the little markers with each 'drivers' name in it. For the record,

Tom Paris 1st Place in Delta Flyer
Westly Crusher 2nd Place in Type 9 shuttle
Will Riker 3rd Place in Type 15 Shuttle
Miles O'Brien 4th Place in Runabout

I was going to have overlays with speed and everything. I just didn't have enought time to do it and I wanted to submit something for this month.

Very cool! My only thought is that those ships must either be ginormous, or that's one very small moon with some serious gravity to hold on to the rings

I love it. Of course I am going to chop the Zhang Heng into it someday.

Maybe add some field generator/holoprojector thingies to the sides of the ring at the finish line to show how the checkers got there?
