Matt Smith Cast As New Batman!

I remember all the rumors circulating that John Barrowman was up for the role as Captain America. I think a lot of us who have seen him in Torchwood and Doctor Who would think that was the role he was born for. However, I think we all knew that there was no way Marvel was going to have a bi-sexual and an actor mostly known in the UK as Captain America. I'm not saying Chris Evans is bad but I really would have preferred John Barrowman.

Evans looks damn near perfect for the role. I'm really looking forward to that movie.

And I clicked on this link expecting The Onion! :p

Sad to say that the biggest issue was probably homosexuality. I'll never understand why in this country (USA) why it's an issue at all, big or small.

Doesn't seem to have hurt Tom Cruise's career.

I'd never heard it suggested that Tom Cruise was gay?

Really? You missed that whole Flap? Wow, you must be relatively young, under 25?

William Hartnell as Alfred

Tom Baker as The Mad Hatter (he's mad and wears a hat)

Peter Davison as Cricketbatman

Colin Baker as Fatman

Sly McCoy as The Penguin. Actually, Patrick Troughton as Penguin works too.

Jon Pertwee as Scarecrow (think about it...)

The Doctor, he's got Rory ;)

Given enough time to prepare, Batman can defeat anyone. But surely time is the one thing he can never have as much of as the Doctor can have!

The Doctor wins...

Time; The past. Place; Gotham City.

"Drat Martha, looks like we can't take Bruce to see Zorro tonight, the movie house had to close down, something about a crazy Englishman and some mad Scottish woman and kids dressed up like robots...probably some kind of publicity stunt. Ah well, let's stay in tonight..."

Rory as a piece of kryptonite!
More like Rory as a piece of wall furniture...

...or a dead rat with no charisma...

Seriously, if you really dislike the current series so much why do you even bother to reply? I knew a guy like you who seemed to have only purpose in life, to dump on everything. He didn't care
if anyone wanted to hear it or not. He just complained until someone pushed him back.
