Amazon is hoping lightning will strike twice with their video game adaptations and want to make Mass Effect. Doesn't mean it will ultimately get made, but they're finally working on it.

It was kind of a joke since Martin Sheen is old, but no one hires Charlie Sheen for anything anymore. I was thinking someone like Kiefer Sutherland would be better suited for the role.
Actually that would be a far superior choice. I can't think of anyone else that would suit the role Anthony Hopkins is far too old
If it's anything like the Fallout series, it will be set in the same universe, but feature a completely original story and crew.
I'm not getting too optimistic this early on though. One of the executive producers has the Uncharted movie and the Borderlands movie as part of their credits.
