"Alias: Jessica Jones" would certainly roll of the tongue a bit better than "AKA Jessica Jones" and make a little more sense in the context of the story, but I think it's obvious why they can't use that title.
"Jessica Jones, P.I." might have worked too, but people might turn up thinking it's some spin-off/reboot of Magnum and get disappointed by the lack of porn 'stache and loud shirts. "Secret Identity: Jessica Jones" is another possibility, but perhaps a little cumbersome.
My only concern with just going by "Jessica Jones" is that it really gives no clue as to the content of the show for casual viewers. But then I suppose that's what the blurb is for.
