This is just my personal feeling but it's weird to me that they'll announce an X-Men movie when their two biggest films haven't even come out yet. It feels too early to start the X-Men buzz. A movie which will likely be set in a vastly different MCU post Secret Wars.
The director of the film has been chosen and announced. Kevin Fegie announced the film at a press conference last summer. All that remains is the release date and cast announcement. Probably the first film of Phase 7 in 2028. Even though the film takes place in a completely different MCU after Secret Wars, keeping some important old and new MCU actors from Phases 4, 5, and 6 while sending everyone else away seems likely.

Well darn, Wonder-Man's actor got nominated for Best Lead in a Dramatic Series for this years Emmys.

Wonder why they ignored Ben Kingsley...
Wow, that's awesome. Is this the first time a superhero series has been nominated for one of the big awards?

Not all of them will be re-imagined. Tom Holland will definitely continue playing Spider-Man, and there will likely be a few other actors like him as well. Besides, what you call a re-imagining is a soft reboot.

Nobody actually knows what the word 'reset' means in this specific context.

It's all just hearsay, speculation, and throwing around terms that actually don't apply to the situation at hand, nebulous though it is right now.

At last year's press conference, Kevin Feige said this would be a reset rather than a reboot. As of now, I don't know if there's a difference between a reboot and a reset.

I don't think we will get a cast announcement anytime soon. Not until after the Fox X-Men have their day in the sun first in Doomsday.

Yes, some MCU characters will be recasted. Iron Man/ Tony Stank and Chris Rogers are rumored to be recasted in the new MCU post Secret Wars.

There was an official list related to the Hollywood productions that were going to be filmed in the UK this year, but it was later removed. Among them was the X-Men reboot. If filming is going to start this year, the cast must have been largely finalized by now. Of course, if it's been postponed to the spring of next year, they may hold off on announcing the cast since it hasn't been completely finalized yet, and we might end up learning about it through leaks from Deadline and similar outlets.

lol lol i alrighty can imagine the recasting of the entire mcu movies universe and the new gimmicks aka traits of the new mcu characters

I think it will be a mistake if the next phase is not heavily centered around the X-Men and toss in a few Spider-Man movies because people will and always love Spidey.

Two things I picked up from X-Men 97 yesterday, one of which is highly unlikely, and the other is a definite maybe, as far as the cartoon is a portent for Secret Wars.

They have recast Kang with John DeLancie.

Kang said that his name was Victor.

Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany were nominated for WandaVision. Kathryn Hahn and Don Cheadle were also nominated, but for Guest Actor (WandaVision and Falcon and the Winter Soldier, respectively).
Oh wow, I didn't realize MCU shows had gotten that many nomations.

Yeah, that's what the rumors have been saying, but we still don't know for sure what will be happening post-Secret Wars.

Don't most people making fun of vegans do it in good nature? Poking fun but not really mad that they refuse the delicious, succulent taste of meat.

No. Just... No.
Jayson isn't entirely wrong - in real life to their friends who are it is generally in good spirits...put someone behind a keyboard though and TurtleTrekker is spot on

For me I don't doubt their is some actual hate. But deep down I think it all comes from people feeing like they are being judged for liking to eat meat Some don't fall for the stereotype but then others, The complainers are just easily triggered even it is as simple of someone saying they don't like eating meat. They might try all sorts of justifications to make being vegan as a bad thing but it always circles back to being insecure over being judged negatively. IMO.
You are definitely right that some of it comes from defensiveness and feeling judged - which in the modern era seems to automatically trigger a bite back and escalation unfortunately
For example, I am vegetarian. I don't eat meat, but still eat eggs and dairy. JD is vegan - he doesn't eat any of those.
And if one is a Reagan you eat the little money that the poor have
