Yeah, that does look awfully nice for a young, single person who probably doesn't have a ton of money living in NYC.
Has turned being Spider-Man into a profit making vehicle. He will sign autographs for 50 dollars a signature. Come to kids birthday parties for a small fee. Has to be in cash though. No identity means no bank account.

Looks like Peter was able to upgrade apartments between movies. This looks way more spacious than anything he can afford right now. I guess they thought he couldn't operate in an apartment that small for story purposes

He lives in the Friends building.

Mayor Rivera has solved the housing crisis.+

When Peter busts up a Multi Million dollar drug deal, he doesn't take the cash or the drugs.

When Frank Castle (this is canon) busts up a Multi Million dollar drug deal, he takes the drugs and the money.

When Bruce Wayne (this is canon) busts up a Multi Million dollar drug deal, he burns the drugs and the money.

Illegal sublet. Monica is pretending to be her own grandma in a rent controlled apartment. If they bothered to change the names on their leases when the boys took the big apartment after losing that fake gameshow, their sweet ride might have soured.

There are still claims on social media that a series called CHAMPIONS/Young Avengers, or whatever it's called, will be made. Even if Marvel genuinely had it in the project stage at one point, I don't think it will happen anymore.

No chance - remember the rumour about that was it would build off The Marvels - once that bombed, that idea was over.

Things are always in development until/unless it's specified that they aren't.

Changing subjects, I've now watched the very first episode of Moon Knight, and the 'Disassociative Identity Disorder patient who isn't aware of their other identities and is also unaware of the fact that they're a superhero' premise actually worked a lot better than I expected it to.

It is rare that I find myself agreeing with you, but here we are.....
Yes, unless a statement comes from Marvel that things like Blade, Champions/Young Avengers and what not are officially dead and buried, they are still working on it. Perhaps not with the same intensity as Doomsday and Secret Wars. Or X-Men and other things. But it is still being looked at and talked about. And that is literally what 'in development' means.

A lot of people here seem to think that 'in development' means that a group of people are locked in a room 20 hours a day 7 days a week constantly writing, drawing, discussing, making storyboards, working on scripts, talking to actors.....
Nope.
It just means that when the creative team gets together once a week, twice a week, what ever... They discuss if anyone has had any new ideas on certain concepts and projects and where they're at. And some projects will get some fire under the coals to keep them moving faster, because they work in a timeline with other projects. Blade, Young Avengers.... they can shoe-horn those in at any time. So there's not pressure. And if it some point they realize a project really will not work, they'll make a statement it's not happening. Like Kang Dynasty.

Yes, except most of the time when they realize a project really will not work they probably won't announce anything. Only projects which have been officially announced to start with will get an official cancellation announcement. There's really no upside to announcing that a project they never officially announced to begin with has been canceled. And if we're being honest, the majority of what is 'in development' has probably never been officially announced in the first place (Young Avengers is included in that group, as well).

That's fair. Untill you mentioned it, I forgot that unlike Blade, Young Avengers was never actually announced.
