Yawn.
It is in this thread, and one of the related articles is also quoted in the Thunderbolts thread. Now that's two sources you pretend did not exist. Of course, you know this, since your obsessive ass had to post a typically feeble counter to criticism (well-deserved) of the MCU and its string of recent and historic failures (in the article-inspired conversations).
Your posting history of the aforementioned feeble counters to this specific point will--as always--never allow you to twist, lie about references (including your well-known attempts to discredit legitimate media sources) all to create a MCU faerie land where Marvel Studios employees never criticized the studio's recent output and why its troubled.
I seem to recall reading or hearing on a podcast somewhere that Marvel Studios' hopes for Shang Chi were geared for the China market, which elected not to accept the film for distribution (based on historic social media comments by Simu Liu). So, perhaps part of the reason the sequel is a lower priority is because it didn't increase the MCU penetration of that market.I didn't love Shang Chi but found it enjoyable somewhat, but business wise I am guessing the internal metrics didn't hit the point where a sequel could be justified.
So I guess 2028 release date if this is true. It's surely not going to come out before Secret Wars.
But which X-Men would it be then? The old cast? The First Class cast? Or a brand new cast?Well, depending on how big the X-Men are for Secret Wars, they might....
Captain Marvel was teased at the end of Infinity War and got her own movie in between both IW and Endgame. For all we know they might plan something similar for the X-Men. Now, I know the X-Men are a bigger thing in Doomsday compared to Captain Marvel, but you get what I mean.
The reboot isn't just a rumor. Kevin Feige hinted at it in an interview with journalists last summer. A new cast is coming for X-Men.I just think if the rumors are true about a soft reboot after Secret Wars then this seems like something that would be the start of a new chapter and not between the end of one.

They're already doing a Shang-Chi team up movie, it's called Avengers: Doomsday, and there's also possibly even going to be a second one called Avengers: Secret Wars.I think they are going to do a Shang-Chi team up movie eventually but they want to make the movie and the team up to be relevant to what their future MCU plans are. I am thinking it's going to not have lots to do with the first movie other than it being the same character in it.
It's a rumor that's been floating around for a few weeks..Aren't Doomsday and Secret Wars already a two part story? I haven't heard anything about rumors of them doing a third one, so I'm not sure where that idea would have even come from.
