"GHOST REPORTING!"

(That's an old-school StarCraft reference for y'all.)

Actually, she did an interview the other day, which today's io9's Morning Spoilers covered, where she said she would like to return but "hasn't heard anything."

Well, here's hoping that that's misdirection.

Now, what about Rachel?! :adore:

^Don't tease me like that!

Since this is supposed to be an announcement "bigger" than Downey as Doomsday I suspect there will be one or more names after his.
Perhaps so. But I could only see a new Big Name actor joining the cast that would fit that bill. But as...who? The Beyonder? Anyone else feels excessive...and I still really want Laurence Fishbourne to reprise the role even though I know it won't happen.

Honestly, for me, I would get greater thrills from seeing Charlie Cox's, Clark Gregg's, and/or Chloe Bennet's name(s) appearing.

Loki coming back is an exciting idea. I wonder if something like that might--WHAAA?!?

Edit: Seriously though, I think I'm out. I'll wait until the full announcement. Who's got time to keep looking at names on chairs revealed every five minutes?

I'm thinking of a certain Spiderman actor. My guess is he would play as Spiderman. But who knows, maybe there is a multiverse where Venom took over Peter in Spiderman 3....

According to an unknown source called 'Film Threat', Marvel is set to make 'an announcement as big as RDJ's return' today. Since the announcement comes from an unknown source, it's best to be skeptical.
Don't know if they're truly related or just riding the name but Film Threat was an actual print magazine at one time.

Tom Hiddleston, while a no-brainer, is still a relief to see. I'm sure he was a lock when the focus was on Kang but that's not the case anymore. I'm looking forward to the inevitable Thor/Loki reunion.

Far more surprising is Patrick Stewart. At this point, he must be feeling like Michael Corleone right now. Still, as already noted, if you're going to have Beast, you have to have Professor X.
