Given where the show was at the end, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. probably wouldn't be that cheap. And if they were going to bring Haley Atwell back, I'd rather get more live action Captain Carter than Agent Carter.
Chris Pratt is too big of a star for them to waste him on a Disney+ series, if they bring Star Lord back it's gonna be in a movie.
Chris Pratt originally came from television. No reason for him not to go back, especially in this and age where actors, big and small, bounce back forth between the two with ease.
I know he'd probably be willing to do a TV series, I just figured Marvel & Disney wouldn't want to miss out on the potential money a Chris Pratt Star Lord movie would bring in.
Although thinking about it more, Star Lord without the rest of the Guardians might not be as big of a draw as I was thinking, so TV might actually be a better way to go, especially now that the lower tier movies are struggling a bit more.

Agreed. TV shows have more prestige for actors now than 20 or 30 years ago. Back then it was considered a move to re-light a dying or even dead carreer.

Chris Pratt did a tv series called The Terminal List for Amazon prime in 2022, as well as direct to streaming movies in the last few years.
And will be in the second season and the prequel.
I figure at this point they could have him be like a free agent who shows up in movies and tv show. It's kind of how I think they might also go with Ant Man at this point because I don't think we will be seeing anymore Ant Man movies. I see Ms Marvel and Kate Bishop a younger versions to be used this way as well.
So he is an EP on those and they pay very very well compared to the notoriously cheap Marvel*. I think he has a production company involved at some level.

So, since we are writing and sharing these claims, the TV series that will come in 2025 are clear. In 2026, Daredevil season 2, X-Men 97 season 2 and Visions TV series will probably come. In 2027, they will probably make this new Spider-Man animation and X-Men 97 season 3 (not confirmed yet, but they may release it before Secret Wars in 2027 and tie it into a movie) and Nova TV series. When will they make Hawkeye, Ms. Marvel and Moon Knight season 2? Either Daniel RPK is making it up very badly or these projects will come much later.

That's an example of a great show that just didn't find its audience. I'm hoping to see more of the character going forward.
I agree. I feel like if that show had been made before Endgame it would have been a success. My theory is some shows are kind of niche and for them to find a audience that have to sort of work as appetizer's. You know your Iron Man and Guardian of Galaxy and Captain America and Avengers movies are sort of your meat and potatoes. Everything else is food in between those.
As it was it came out at time when the MCU was struggling post Endgame,missing it's big stars and doing way to many things that are not going to work well mainstream.You really at that point needed IMO X-Men and Spiderman and Deadpool etc to short of become the new meat and potatoes shows that can then prop up and help a show like Ms. Marvel. I am fully convinced that Agatha wouldn't have been the hit it was, because it to was kind of niche, if it hadn't followed the huge success of Deadpool and Wolverine. IMO once you get the ball rolling with big mainsteam hits it allows your more niche stuff find a audience as well.
Last year there was that whole the MCU is doomed/audience fatigue thing going on. I think there was some truth to the audience fatigue and we kind of needed this "off year" for people to work up an appetite. I'm hoping Captain America does well, but the Fantastic Four definitely will. Who knows about Thunderbolts*? Regardless I'm really looking forward to the upcoming movies and shows.
Deadpool and Wolverine really changed things. The new Captain America movie will be important in keeping the momentum going. The good thing is everything coming out this year looks at least decent except Ironheart. That is going to go down like a led balloon. The big winner I think is going to be 'Fantastic Four." That looks like it will be huge IMO. I think the big debate at the end of year is going to be which comic book movie was the best, "Fantastic Four" or "Superman."
People just need to combine them with a meme--Super Four! Fantastic Man! Super Fantastic!
I highly doubt D&W was that big a factor in Agatha's success. Fact is there's basically zero things those two productions have in common beyond the MCU logo and fanfare. Plus a lot of people were interested in a follow-up to WandaVision which was pretty beloved in its own right and Agatha's ratings going much higher for the final episodes would seem to indicate the show was just building strong word of mouth.
D&W also didn't release that close to the show. Most folks who saw it in theaters would've gone at least a month before the show started and those who were waiting for it to stream probably wouldn't have rejoined D+ early enough to be counted in Agatha's viewership unless they were always going to watch it regardless of D&W.
D+ giving out 3 months for the price of one probably had more impact on Agatha's ratings than Deadpool.
