What grade would you give the Marvel Cinematic Universe? (Ever-Changing Question)

It would for sure have to be a redemption story. I think his background is enough to create some sympathy for turning over a new leaf. Not to mention having a experience of dying and coming back to life. I am not sure if they ever did anything like that for the character in the comics but I think in the movies it would work.
It would be a total reinvention of Killmonger.

I would be okay with that. The actor is great and the character was, like mentioned IMO the best character in the first movie. It just occurred to me this would in away sort of also be what happened to Loki as well who started off as just being a villain to something more complex in the MCU.

Right from the start Loki was portrayed as more 3-D than just "the villain".

Jordan is a great actor. Killmonger was a good one off villain. If they bring Jordan back I'd prefer it be as a new character. He can be a time traveling T'Challa, Jr if they want.

I would think a heroic variant of Killmonger would be a simpler way to bring him back as a hero. And then we have to added drama of everybody having to adjust to him not being the Killmonger they fought against.

You miss the point of why Killmonger was irredeemable which would lead to his death. Some cheap, pointless resurrection sweeps by his purpose in the film in relation to the lead character.

I like those options as well. In fact I like the character and actor enough that he could be part of a big 3 to move forward with in the MCU. Kind of how old MCU had Stark and Captain America as the heart and soul of the MCU. Spiderman, heroic Killmonger and Scarlet Witch could be the main stars among the stars of the new era of the MCU IMO.

But his purpose in that film would not be important to his purpose in a new film. For one thing as bad as he was he has one thing the people in Wakanda don't have any that is a outside perspective on their country. They were isolationist who stood by and let me evils happen over the years despite having the tech and power to stop lots of it. They are also led by a royal family instead of a democracy.

I have theory that Wakanda is lots like America. It's powerful and has lots of tech and lots of freedom to a extent and if your in the upper class it's basically a utopia. But their is also a underclass and also lots of issues inside the country that has been ignored A very long time. I think their is a interesting idea that someone who is both from Wakanda but also still a outsider who can look more clearly as to what his country needs is might actually be the hero they need once he is able to move past his anger and resentment for what happened to him personally. Having died and maybe having a religious experience and then coming back to life, he might come back as a very changed man. I even like the idea that when he saves Wakanda he asks the people to vote to see if he is worthy of having the title of being Black Panther and they vote, yes.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps synopsis has been published https://www.empireonline.com/movies...a-garner-as-silver-surfer-teases-60s-setting/

Set against the vibrant backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps introduces Marvel’s First Family — Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Quinn) and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Moss-Bachrach) as they face their most daunting challenge yet. Forced to balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond, they must defend Earth from a ravenous space god called Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). And if Galactus’ plan to devour the entire planet and everyone on it weren’t bad enough, it suddenly gets very personal."

Seems like the side that made fun of snowflakes and safe spaces, has the most snowflakes and wants the biggest safe spaces.

Are those all the original actors? It doesn't seem like they've recast anyone.

I wonder what was in it that has them so scared they aren't even going to show it? It's sad to think things have gotten so bad that even kids shows are afraid of what'll happen if they air certain things.
