I don't think the semi-cowl suit translated well at all to live action, or was really all that great a design to begin with. Hopefully its appearance in the movie will be brief.

Per Deadline -- It would seem that Deadpool and Wolverine director Sean Levy has been shown the script for the next Avengers movie and is in consideration to direct. Marvel still plans to talk to several other directors.

One quick look at IMDB shows she hasn't had a non Ant-Man acting career in years. Maybe she should have kept her anti-vaxxer bullshit to herself during COVID?

I'm still not sold on Levy as a director. Almost everything I've seen of his falls into the "Yeah, it was okay." category. I guess average is better than awful though.

Bet they're starting to wish they'd taken Michael Douglas up on his wishes, killed the whole Pym family off and left Scott stranded in the Quantum Realm after all.
Wonder if Avengers 5 will start with a retcon of that 'happy' ending?
I love Shawn Levy's work for Stranger Things and Free Guy is a lot of fun. If Marvel is considering him to direct the next Avengers film based off of Deadpool & Wolverine, then i would say that's very encouraging news all around.

Kate was by far my least favorite lead on LOST and Tauriel was completely pointless in The Hobbit films (but that's more of the fault of the films, Lily was pretty good at speaking Elvish much like Liv Tyler), but I will say that I mostly liked Hope.
Still, not a fan of her anti-vaxxer comments so I won't miss her that much.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion ofcourse. I was and still am very much pro-vax, but I've also learned that on the workfloor it's sometimes better to keep your opinions to your self, or atleast not shout them. I work with customers a lot, and if they would be anti-whatever and I am pro and it leads to strive, I'd loose customers.
It's very possible that she was simply offered less work after those statements. So, in a more nuanced way than was said earlier in this topic.... Yeah, sometimes it's better to not speak.
Freedom of speech doesn't equate to 'just shout everything without consequence'. There will always be consequence.

Of course, but it's such a knee jerk reaction to opinions we don't like and then blame the speaker. Not saying there are not consequences but damn does the reaction smack of blaming the victim.

There's no victim in this case. Just how it feels based on the reaction.
Partially that is to do with the timing. "Anti-vaxer" became synonymous with Trump supporter even though Trump worked hard to get vaccines developed. It became political.
The other issue is that if too many people choose not to vaccinate against disease it has potentially disastrous effects on the rest of the population--so other people feel that people who do not vaccinate their own children put the lives of other children in danger. With COVID, this fear extended to the entirety of the population.
