No it’s just you seem to have the need to constantly repeat it over and over. We get it already. You don’t need to repeat yourself every time the topic comes up. Some of us find it very annoying.

I hate Star Trek Nemesis but, I don’t mention it every time the movie is brought up. Only if someone asks me.

ETA: This reminds me of the poster that went by the name @Dales. At every opportunity Dales would go on and on about how bad the MCU was to the point that it became predictable and eyeroll inducing (much as it is here). If I recall correctly, at one point Dales started a thread about an entirely different movie universe, I think the specific movie might have been Terminator 2, and how it's one of the greatest Sci-Fi movies ever made. However, about halfway through their OP, they turn track and continued with, "Now compare this to your average MCU movie...". I mean, they couldn't even talk about other franchises without trash talking the MCU. That's not contrarian, that's obsessive.

Did anyone stop to think that it isn't contrarian for contrarian's sake but a desire just to have acknowledgement? Like, how uncomfortable is it to have people singing praises of something that you find difficult to enjoy but want to understand why people find it enjoyable? I don't know. Maybe that's just me but I don't seek to be contrarian with my enjoyment or less enjoyment of popular films or the MCU in particular; I do however want to hear why people find it so damn enjoyable and maybe garner some sort of understanding as to the inner workings of other fans and their perspectives because I don't experience that. I don't like all of the MCU and I don't find it all that exciting but I am genuinely curious around other people's opinions because people matter over movies.

My two cents.

Which seems to me that the show should be getting a premiere date soon considering The Marvels comes out in July.

Also of interest:

Feige took a moment to note that Born Again will be more episodic, a mode of television that he loves and specifically referred to The Next Generation as an episodic show that he loves. At the same time, he also praised LOST for how it changed the face of television, so he certainly sees the pros and cons of both formats.

He also said we should be hearing more about the Fantastic Four film soon, a project that he's very excited about.

Lastly, this stood out:

I'm curious: One of the big introductions in Phase 4 was mutants. Namor and Kamala Khan are both explicitly referred to as mutants. What can you tell us about how mutants — and the X-Men — may or not play into the future?

You know, I think we've said the word once. [Laughs] Kamala talks about a genetic mutation, and Namor refers to himself as a mutant amongst his own people. And mutant is a real genetic term, not just a comic book term.

I'm really glad he pointed this out because certain fans (and websites) went ballistic with both of those references. :lol:

I mean... they meant for everyone to go ballistic with them. There's a reason they put the X-men fanfare over the Kamala scene. Because it clearly was a deliberate reference.

That's fair. I forgot about the fanfare.

Still, I'm glad Feige made that distinction, especially in regards to Namor.
 
He also confirmed that Disney+ releases would be slowed down, which was kind of already obvious given the fact that 'Secret Invasion' was supposed to be airing round about now.

They've currently got four live-action TV series in the can and two in production, so that could take us to the end of next year.
 
I'm glad that they seem to have recognized they stretched themselves pretty thin with the Disney+ stuff and are slowing it down a bit. Keep stuff that's meant to be ongoing like Loki going but for one-off stories, or stuff that's just meant to set up future movies, I hope they do more specials like Werewolf by Night instead of miniseries.
 
Hmm, there aren't X-Men characters that really jump out at me as an obvious choice for her.
 
Oh, that's a good point.
Do we know yet which, if any, superhero name they're going with for Cassie? In the comic's she's been Stature and Stinger.

I knew him from Imdb, I think. He was called Wormhole, wouldn't let up on hating the MCU especially in comparison to the FoX-Men.
