What's this have to do with the MCU and their version of him?
.

Practicality in the way something major is introduced into a film series compared to how the source handled it.

Damn you Momoa! So presumably to avoid comparisons with Aquaman (who let's not forget was the rip-offe not the rip-offed) the Aztec-inspired look of Namor and his people extends to them not being from Atlantis but from Tlalocan, which in Aztec myth was the afterlife reserved for people who drowned or died from water in some other way.

Oh, I can hear the rants a-comin':

"Fucking Disney has race-swapped Namor and his culture!!! What the fuck?? Everyone would be fucking livid if someone did that to Black Panther, but that ain't gonna happen, is it?!? You know why! You KNOW WHY!!"

So LEGO just gave away who the new Black Panther is

Not a surprise, since it parallels the comic character's trajectory.

I honestly thought that had already been announced a long time ago and was the main reason Disney didn't jettison her when she kept messing up their filming schedule/public outcry

I know it will depend on box office, but seeing as Ryan Coogler is developing a Wakanda-based series for Disney Plus, I wouldn't be surprised if they forgo a Black Panther 3 in the theaters and just complete the trilogy there. Again, of course, it will depend on how Wakanda Forever does at the box office. I know there's nothing saying he can't be developing a Disney plus series and a third movie at the same time, I'm just saying it wouldn't surprise me if they went that route.

Looking at The Phase 6 schedule, the two open slots in between Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars are intriguing me more and more. Will they end Kang Dynasty on a cliffhanger note ala Endgame, or will there be room to tell other stories in between (not counting flashback movies like Captain Marvel)?

Bringing in the Fantastic Four at the beginning of Phase 6 is significant because Reed Richards (and Doom) should be a significant player in Secret Wars. I kind of hope they introduce Reed and Sue as a couple that's already married with two children. It will make it easier to introduce Franklin Richards with cosmic powers sooner than if they had to wait until they married Reed and Sue off and she carried a baby and it grew to puberty.

I would also love to see a council of Reeds complete with MCU-616 Reed ( and variants), Krasinsky-varient Reeds, Teller-varient Reeds and yes, Alex Hyde-White varients.

I don't know. Part of me feels that there are so many new shows and movies coming, it's kinda overfilling the roster, should they actually make a series. On the other hand.... I liked Sif in Thor 1 and 2. So I'd be ok with it.
It's all a moot point ofcourse since it's only her desire that a show should be made.

If you want a clue though it's...
...the transphobic, climate change denying, anti-vaxxer.

bold move if that next Black Panther spoiler is true
I mean for Disney to bring in Gina Carano to play Black Panther... wow

I'd be down for a Sif series! One of my few criticisms of Love & Thunder is that she should've been part of the main story.

And then Loki can guest star just to watch her beat the shit out of him one more time.

Aren't you forgetting Ioan Gruffudd? I'd rather leave out Teller than him.

And can we throw in Hiro Kanagawa, who voiced Reed in the 2006 animated series?

Anyway, do we know that Krasinsky won't be 616 Reed? Seems odd to introduce him in the role if there's no plan to continue with him. Everyone else in the Illuminati was a returning actor previously associated with their character (if indirectly in Lashana Lynch's case) and in some cases slated to continue playing them, so he'd be quite the odd one out if he were a one-shot.

Actually, I did have the feeling that I was forgetting someone. Yes, them too.

Honestly, I'd like a Sif series if it means we can get a semi-serious Asgardian story again. I loved Thor Ragnarok, but Love & Thunder just did not hit well for me. I really enjoy Loki, but its kind of its own thing. Having a Sif show that was at least at a general MCU level of serious would be really nice.

No, we don't KNOW, for a fact, that it won't be Krasinsky in the Reed role.

But the word on the street is that the Krasinsky casting was done specifically as a fan service gag because Feige thought it was fun. And that they are going younger for the actual MCU F4. Early 20's being the specific age group being thrown around in rumors.

Which makes sense, from a business standpoint. The F4 should probably be one of the linchpins of the universe going forward, so they'd want a cast that could stick around for the long haul.

I did not even realize that was Lynch. Facepalm.

I'd go for a Sif and the Warriors Three series that occurs pre-Ragnarok, since all those characters got short shrift originally (and some of them unceremoniously dispatched in Thor Ragnorak).
