It's certainly possible, but from everything I've seen and heard about this leads me to believe that they're going to go in a much less literal and more existential direction. Less of a quest to resurrect her dead boyfriend and more of a crisis of character, identity and perhaps even an uncomfortable look at mental illness.

When it comes to suffering personal loss, Wanda is arguably equal, or even a notch above Thor. Not just Vision, but her brother, their parents and pretty much her entire country and everyone she ever knew that wasn't a superhero or a psychotic robot. I mean what happens when someone that powerful starts to loose their grip on reality?
I guess that's a very roundabout way of saying that I think the more interesting story isn't about Vision, but about Wanda.

As for how it'll tie into 'Doctor Strange', I foresee two main possibilities: -
1) She's some kind of apprentice to better control her "condition", or at least understand it better. Maybe some kind of mystic rehab aver the fallout of whatever goes down on the show, or it may be as simple as she's moved into the sanctum because it's the only place on Earth and possibly in this universe where she's safe from herself and perhaps, everyone else is safe from her abilities.
2) She completely lost her shit, is tearing up the multiverse and is the main antagonist of the story. The twist there is that Mordu get's to be all "I told you so!" and may even be "helping" Strange. That doesn't make Wanda a villain exactly, but I can see it being something of a battle for her soul.

You basically just described the plot of Dark Phoenix. Just throw in alien Jessica Chastain and Wanda accidentally killing someone who wants out of the franchise and you're there.

I wonder if/when we'll see Hulk again after Endgame? Do we know if Mark Ruffalo has any movies left on his contract?

The rumor mill had him attached to a She Hulk series for Disney+, but there's never been any official word on this projects existence. The fact that it wasn't mentioned at SDCC would tend to imply that the She-Hulk show was never anything more than a rumor. However, I don't think we're aware of any of Marvel's Disney+ projects going into Phase 5, so one never knows.

He'll be in the MCU's first Wolverine film. :p

I'd be happy to hope for both. I'm definitely up for more of Mark Ruffalo. Not sure whether he's got any more movies left on his contract but he seems to enjoy his role so even if he's finished his contract I suspect he'd be happy to continue in the role if the opportunity (and the money) was right.

I guess that would be confusing with the name convention and all (and Athena is already covered...).

Either way, more Gemma Chan is always welcomed!

If this does happen, then I would assume it would either have to be before Endgame or he'd have to go back to changing back and forth between Hulk and Banner. I just can't see them doing a completely CGI Smart Hulk for every scene he's in on the show. Even with Disney money behind it that would have to be way to expensive for a series.

ABC is already working on their next Marvel series that will be replacing Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC. ABC President of Entertainment, Karey Burke has said that they are in talks with Marvel to develop a new female lead series. She says the main character will be "brand new, mostly", so I'm not sure if that means they're developing a completely original character for the show, or a comics character who's never been on screen before. The CBR article treats it like the later, but it seems to me it could also mean the former. But I have to wonder if they would go to Marvel for 100% original character, instead of one their comics characters.

Dakota North is a Marvel Comics character who's never been on screen and would fit right into broadcast TV's procedural wheelhouse. And she doesn't have any of those goofy, budget-breaking superpowers.

I mentioned wanting to see the Shang-Chi film lead into a project introducing the (new) Agents of ATLAS in my last post. As it happens, one of the newest characters on the team - as in, her first comic appearance was in May of this year - is already showing up in another medium:

I should also mention that, aside from her being in the Agents of ATLAS team-up comic series, Wave (Pearl Pangan) is also being featured in the English version of the Aero comic series; each issue has a translation of the original Chinese-language story focused on Aero (Lei Ling) herself, as well as a second story featuring both Aero and Wave.

I'm guessing most of the A & B-listers are going to be reserved for Marvel Studios productions, so I doubt we'd be getting anyone massively recognisable. I'd probably also rule out anything recently acquired in the Fox deal or that has anything to do with what Sony holds, and any refugees from the cancelled Netflix shows are most likely off the table. I'd also rule out anything to do with the 'Inhumans' book given how hard that show tanked.

So that probably eliminates the likes of Jessica Drew, Felicia Harding, Jen Walters, any incarnation of Gwen Stacy, Cindy Moon, Kamala Khan, Laura "X23" Kinney, and any similarly popular characters.

One could probably probably fill a whole thread with C & D-listers, one-off characters and obscure pulls. But the word "mostly" makes me think this isn't a totally fresh character but one that either has appeared in the MCU in some capacity (like a mere easter egg) or was developed for one of those shows that never made it to pilot. Squirrel Girl maybe? Or wasn't there also a Silver Sable project stuck in development hell a few years back?

Squirrel Girl makes a lot of sense, even though I don't know much about her (other than she's popular and John Barrowman cosplayed her once).

There was a Silver Sable and Black Cat film in the works called Silver and Black but then sadly Sony decided to shelf it to work out creative differences.

That was only the second film. The first was pretty basic while the third was a mess.

No, they're all pretty good. The third is only a mess if you were expecting them to take the lazy way out and make everything self-contained and standalone.

Hell, Civil War had better character drama than the DCEU and FoX-Men movies. And that includes Logan, which again wasted the X-Men and barely did anything with Xavier and had the last act of the movie just be Logan running around in a forest somewhere.

One character mentioned in the CBR article who I think could be an interesting choice, is America Chavez. I'll admit I've never read any comics with her yet, but I read about her after coming across her in the LEGO games and she seems like a pretty cool character, who it would be fairly easy to build a show around. She would give Marvel a LGBTQ+ and non-white lead, and most of her powers seem like they would be pretty easy to do on a TV budget. She could also potentially be a lead in to a Young Avengers show or movie, which would make a lot of fans happy.
Prop Store, the auction house that is about to hold a big MCU Netflix show auction, has put together a public display of all the stuff they are selling.
