Damn, I haven't seen that before (although I wish it wasn't a damn portrait-mode video).

I can understand why it was deleted if it was suppose to be for Infinity War (which seems to be the case considering Nat's hair). There isn't much room dramatically to include that moment while dealing with Thanos' arrival. As much as it sucks not to see that moment or any other moment with Bruce and Hulk coming to an understanding during the interim of the time jump, I think it's actually better left unseen.

I was wondering why they'd delete something so important, but your explanation makes a lot of sense.

Wow, the way it was presented was really annoying, but it's an interesting scene.

It was quite nice seeing Natasha's reaction to Banner.

I'm actually glad they deleted that. It makes the introduction of Banner/Hulk in Endgame way funner as a reveal.

I agree. It works better this way. You're wondering at the end what was going on with Hulk, curious to see what will happen in the next movie and suddenly... Professor Hulk.

I don't know. I think this decision had hurt Bruce's character development in the movie and his arc overall.

I'm of two minds. I really like the intro of Prof Hulk in Endgame but, darn it, we were denied the awesomeness of the spectacle that would have been Hulk bursting forth from the Hulkbuster armour and entering the battle.

You wouldn't have needed the Widow part of the scene and with things very soon coming to a head with Thanos' victory, you could still have the proper Prof Hulk intro, where we get to see how the personalities have meshed, being the diner scene. They could have shown Hulk bursting out of the armour, fighting a bit, getting batted off by Thanos (again), but left it ambiguous in Infinity War whether or not it was a true merge - or left the five year gap to be where the full, true merge was solidified.

Is that formerly now retconning out Cho's (no line) cameo in The incredible Hulk (eating pizza), which already kind of has cos the actor was the teacher in the Spider-Man home-trilogy? Oh, hang on, it might already have been because Cho's mum was in Age of Ultron.
