She is a big movie star. She has already been in three of them. Maybe she would just rather do another type of movie. Not like she needs the MCU money. Also she is in a kind of thankless role as just being Spidey's girlfriend. I also wonder how this all connects with filming for the next Dunne movie.

I think he has everyone who was in Spiderman's universe in his. Since from what I understand he became Spider-man when that universes Peter Parker was killed.

Personally seems kinda weird to make her Miles girlfriend just because he happens to be Spider-Man too.

I'm not sure, but I think he might have been involved with Gwen Stacy/Spider-Gwen/Ghost Spider at least of a little while.

Mary Jane wouldn't have to be Morales girlfriend. Might just be a regular friend.
