Re: Heroic Age/Avengers Ongoing Discussion Thread (Spoilers)
I like it too.
I like it too.

What politics would that be? I'm not seeing any in Remender's comments. He talks about the team. The relationship between the members. And the villain's motivations and plans. If Remender's gone from X-Force, I'm done reading it.
Although if Remender is going to inject his politics into Uncanny Avengers, I can't say I'm too thrilled about that either.

Logan's past has been retconned again in "Wolverine" (a book that I've ignored for several years now because I look at it as being pretty much self-contained). Apparently according to this...the Weapon X project was Logan's idea.

Sigh. Wolverine was so much cooler when his past was mysterious.
Being his idea is a bit stupid at face value is it not?
A lot, if not most of his rage was at being used, betrayed and placed into the Weapon X project. He may indeed have that inner berserker anyway but that was always good reason and motivation for that chip on his shoulder.
S.H.I.E.L.D. is still ongoing...he's just been busy with other things lately.
Financial reasons. I'm looking for books to drop.I don't entirely understand why you'd leave a title immediately after a change in writer, unless it's an author you already know you don't like. We know the industry needs new voices, so why not give the new person a chance on a title you've liked?
