Marvel All New, All Different - Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

Re: Marvel Now/ReEvolution Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

i hope Savage is a Ka-Zar and/or Shanna ongoing. seems likely as Cho wrote and illustrated a Shanna mini a few years back.

Re: Marvel Now/ReEvolution Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

Nope. It's most likely going to be the Wolverine book that Rich first reported about back around SDCC. It could very well be some kind of Wolverine/Savage Land book...but I'm pretty sure it will turn out to be the Wolverine book rumoured.

Re: Marvel Now/ReEvolution Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

I'd be more interested in the Kazar book than other Wolverine. Throw in some High Evolutionairy and all would be good.

Re: Marvel Now/ReEvolution Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

Count me among those that would be more interested if it were indeed about Ka-Zar & Shanna in the Savage Land.

The claw mark with the word Savage is indeed misleading. I hope it's not Wolverine, that character gets ample opportunities several times a month in the MCU.

My first thought when I saw it was Wolverine too. I was kind of surprised to see them think Savage Land. For me the three claw marks is a give away. If they were going for Savage Land or Ka-Zar, I would think they would have gone with something that isn't as associated with another specific character.

Re: Marvel Now/ReEvolution Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

bah! i have zero interest in anything Wolverine related.

Re: Marvel Now/ReEvolution Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

-Avenging Spider-Man #13 (part two of the Deadpool team up)

Doesn't he still have one issue of FF after this?

ETA: Fantastic Four 611 follows up on "The Parliament of Doom". Sweet!

He has one more FF issue, but this is his "Fantastic Four" finale.

Re: Marvel Now/ReEvolution Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

I'm just disappointed that after the "Forever" mega-epic, it's just been a series of one-offs since then.

Re: Marvel Now/ReEvolution Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

I'm very interested now in "New Avengers". More so than I was before. I know Hickman will make them more interesting than Bendis ever did.

The "Superior" announcement more and more looks like a Spider-Man project. More specifically what follows from the "game changer" story in Amazing #700 in December.

That's weird, I thought New Avengers was going to stay street-level, particularly with the main Avengers being a globe-trotting team. But it sounds interesting!

It'll probably just be Wolverine boneing Shanna across the Savage land for a couple of years till it gets renumbered.

I'll buy it!

" The creator modified it into a Wolverine team-up story with Shanna playing the Marion Ravenwood to Logan's Indy. Shanna is a natural fit for Cho following his well-received "Shanna the She-Devil" miniseries in 2004.

"The story is not just a quest to get home; it's a story about surviving each other's company and the Savage Land," Cho told Marvel.com "

So yeah, I was basically right! ;)

Re: Marvel Now/ReEvolution Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

That's outta left field. I'll definitely give it a shot.

Re: Marvel Now/ReEvolution Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

Isn't Shanna still married to Ka'zar or did the break them up for some reason?
