I was amazed to read her age, really. I thought she was my age. Turns out she's 10 years or so older than me. Still, fingers crossed, since I have a very Mediterranean diet.
 
Not bad at all! At first glance she looked about 10 years younger.

She looks like she’s had a couple of face-lifts though.

And just a hint of a little nip and tuck too, given that she looks younger there than in Nemesis...

As for the "does she dye her hair?" question - yes, she's actually a bit more of a dark auburn/dark brown IIRC, rather than black

She's still gorgeous though - I wouldn't say no.

ETA- my wife is just chipping in to say woman of 52 whose face looks younger than age will dye her hair so it doesn't give the game away. Of course all the wife's strange face-creams are what's driving my grocery bills up, I suppose.

I belive her more auburn color is more noticable in the movies. :)

I would imagine the vegi diet shes on isnt the reason she looks younger than she is, more likely its the tons of surgery and tons of health spars shes visited in her life and the 10 ton of makeup she sticks on on a morning.
 
I've always liked Debbie Reynolds' take on face lifts. When asked, many years ago, if she'd had one, she said, "Of COURSE I've had one, I want to keep working!"
