Hah, I like the concept, but to me it looks more like the foot belongs to a giant and the crewman is of normal size, rather than him being miniature.if the setting was a close up of blades of grass I think it would convey the right message.

Thats a lot better. Now just either get rid of the white lines or make them in scale with the shoe and you're golden.
