Today is a good day to rob.
It's a faaaaaaaake!
Now would be a good time for 7-Eleven's to invest in hiring the Borg as security. "We are the Borg. Robberies are futile. You will be assimilated into prison. Existence, as you know it, is over . From this time forward, you will service inmates in prison."
When committing armed robbery on Earth, I use human weapons exclusively.Funny, JuanBolio didn't mention he was going to Colorado...
True. Surgical scalpels and some medieval masterworks rapiers are made of steel with a tungsten alloy along the edge. For a heavy weapon like a Bat'leth, this isn't really necessary. High carbon steel would work just fine.It would look nice and hold an edge like nothing else, however:
-If the whole thing was carbide, it would cost well over $100,000 to have it made.
-It would shatter if you drop it on a hard surface (like concrete), or if you were to find yourself in a situation where you had to use it to parry an attack from another Bat'leth.

It's fairly strong and very scratch resistant, but it's not indestructible.Tungsten Carbide is unbreakable and scratch proof.

Doesn't sound too unbreakable to me.Tungsten carbide rings can also be removed in an emergency situation by cracking them into pieces with standard vice grip–style locking pliers.
