Mack Is Back? SMALLVILLE S10...

^

She is. They ran her through a bunch of tests, and found nothing wrong with her. I greatly appreciate your thoughts.

Allison Mack is officially leaving Smallville!

“I’m truly humbled by the love and loyalty of all the fans whose enthusiasm has carried me — along with a cast and crew which has become my second family — over the past 9 and a half years. Out of respect for the amazingly loyal fans and the place I will always have in my own heart for Chloe, I’m coming back for several episodes next season to tie up Chloe’s Smallville legacy properly..."

Greg Beeman's in his blog post for the season finale said she'd be back for a few episodes.

Also, Alison Mack. It was amazing to see her again. She was just a girl of 18 or 19 when the show began. Now she is a woman, so mature and together. She was going through some changes on this episode, because she was choosing to move on from the show. It looks like she’ll be back for a couple of episodes but not full time. She and I got to talk about the experience of leaving behind something that you’ve grown so attached to.

Dawn Ostroff seems to be saying that Mack will be back as a recurring guest for multiple episodes, at least according to Kryptonsite.

I'm just grateful that she's back, if only for a limited engagement. Which could mean either two or three eps, or part-time status such as Erika Durance has had.

I just hope they don't feel the need to kill her off. If the character needs to go away for some reason, let Chloe engineer her own escape by totally erasing all records that she ever existed and changer her identity, much as Lax Scrutiny recently suggested.

I'm disapointed that she won't be there full time, but as long as this is the final season, I can live with it.

It's too bad she won't be there till the end. She deserves it more than Lois. But maybe it'll work out this way. She'll get her own episode to go out on. The series finale will have to focus on Doucheman, like it or not.

Allison Mack always did a great job with Smallville and she's a major reason it lasted so long.

I think what you mean to say is that without allison the show would have been canceled long ago.

I don't know about that, but I would have stopped watching long ago without her. Granted, Lois is an acceptable replacement, but just barely.
