The moon wasn't nearly that red where I am. It was a dark burnt orange and then turned completely gray, so dark that we almost couldn't make out the shape. Very eerie--we joked that the werewolves would be mad they missed a meal. I guess the west coast and Pacific rim got a better show.

My view of the eclipse looked much like Year of Hell's: It had a sort of orangeish reddish tint to it. Man, that was worth staying up so late to see though....
