Low Budget Sci-Fi Films That You Enjoyed!

Their earlier ones were, fairly. Take the first release of Seven Samurai and compare it to the re-release. Night and day.

Well, let's hope Alphaville eventually gets a proper release, then.

And a Blu-Ray version of Solaris would be nice. Though, if I had to choose, I'd take a Blu-Ray version of Stalker first, but Criterion doesn't have the rights to that title.

"Time After Time."

Not to be confused with "Somewhere in Time," although it almost always is . . . :)

What about "Freejack"? It was made for $8m. back in 1992 and it was a decent Sci-Fi movie with a great rock star villain (Mick Jagger ;)).

Most if not all of Ray Harryhausen's work fit into the low budget area...but looked SOO much better that it was budgeted...

Stand outs..
20 Million Miles to Earth
Earth Vs. The Flying Saucers
The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms
The Seventh Voyage of Sinbad
First Men in the Moon

all wonderful low budget films..

One forgotten item ..A Hammer Film

Moon Zero-Two
