Lost SPOILERS Four-Toed Foot!

That 4 letter word has to be cork by the way...
I'm thinking LOCK might be it, myself, though LOST seems strangely apt since we never got an explanation for why the show was named that.

LOCK kind of explains why Locke was seen as almost a messiah figure from the very beginning, why Smokey is tickled pink to be using his body, the mechanical clanking Smokey makes when he's in his Smoke Monster form, and the clockwork wheel used to move the island.

Locke looks injured
Ben looks injured
Ben was beaten up by a man who got out of a car..we saw the Ben double/stuntman..and an unidentified standin/stuntman who looks like it could be Desmond
Locke was still in a wheelchair and there was some small filiming of him rolling around in the school parking lot
Ben (in an arm sling) and Alex walk out of school towards a car..Rousseau gets out and Alex introduces them to each other and they shake hands. Mirrors season 4 when Ben says "this is your mother", this time Alex probably says "this is my mother".

We could not get pictures obviously as security is tight.

Yay! Rousseau!

"Recon" Sneak Peek 2;

Wasn't this a scene from several seasons ago? I distinctly remember it as one of Sawyer's early flashbacks - S1 or S2. Possibly re-filmed, but definitely familiar.

Nah, this was Sawyer's bread and butter con, similar scenario, different actress and different outcome too.

here's some juicy tidbits from the official Lost Podcast, click on the March 11th, 2010 audio podcast one:

They also give us an official answer in regards to Annie

Sonya Walger just went back to #Lost and filmed some scenes. When she finished they said: "You do remember Penny's English, right?
LOL! Wrong show, Sonya?

From the latest official podcast, Lindelof and Cuse say they may not answer the question of where the Dharma food drop in season two came from... on the show. But if they don't, they say they will reveal the answer after the show.

It was pretty much already revealed in "Mysteries of the Universe".

I assumed they were talking about the upcoming LOST Encyclopedia...coming to bookstores near you this Fall.

Why You'll Love the Episodes Up Ahead: After hearing about what's to come, I cannot tell you how excited I am about the final episodes. Things are getting emotional. In a good way. You might cry watching episode 11. (Unless you're dead inside.) And everything we've seen so far is starting to feel like a warmup. Get ready!

What the Island Is: For a couple weeks now, I've been teasing that a four-letter word will be used to describe the island. It has an O, and no A's or E's. Your final clue is this: You'll learn that word next week! Episode number nine is Richard Alpert's (Nestor Carbonell) backstory and it is not to be missed.

What else you need to know (Spoilers ahead!):

- Someone we have not yet met will have an important message for Hurley next week.
- Fake Locke is going to tell Jin how he plans to get off the island, and it's pretty juicy!
- There is a "package" up ahead that might be the most butterfly-inducing reveal so far this season.

Hmmm...

Thanks Flukie,

but strange that ABC screwed up last week and showed next week's sneak peek one week to early.

Not that those peeks reveal anything important anyway, but at least it is something.
