I think I'll avoid this thread for the last episode, simply because it'd be way to tempting.... And I'd hate myself knowing how it ends before I see how it ends....
Can't be Atlantis, wrong ocean for starters.... That and Atlantis isn't 4 letters, one of them being an "O" and there is no "A" or "E" in this 4 letter name as well.... If I were a betting man I'd put my money on the Island being MU, but that's less then 4 letters, so I won't.... Could be a "dOOr" of some kind perhaps ? Door to what tho' ? I so love this show & it's mysteries....
^^^ I, too, thought it might have been a piece of Mu/Lemuria, but the clue they gave did put the dampers on that one. I suspect they did the A/E/O thing purposely in response to AltBen's classroom dissertation on Napoleon's exile to Elba - an island w/ 4 letters with an "E" and "A" but no "O", knowing that geeks like us would see it as a literal clue, rather than just the metaphoric parallel that it was in reference to Ben "losing his power" (which, IIRC, he mentioned later on in the episode in the main timeline as he was digging his grave).
They now say that the four letter word, has no "A" & no "E", it has an "O", but only one vowel. So that means only one "O". So now "door" is out.
