I found something very similar on Gazomg's Deviantart that you might like.

 

These uniforms look great and have the proper TOS colors. TMP and WOK should have had these uniforms.

 

The "gold" is too brown.

 

I really like this style!

 

The colours are too vivid but a more pastel shade with black trousers and TOS boots with a more subtle collar (maybe something between TMP Admiral Kirk and TMP Spock might do it. I definitely miss redshirts in TMP.

 

I'm debating though if the undershirt should also be division color, so if the jacket is removed then it can still be seen. Might have to explore it with the pattern.
