Memory Beta's page for each book gives the year that book takes place. You should be able to figure all this out yourself, and your list is WAY off in several places.

From STG-TNG:

Serpents Among The Ruins
Day of the Vipers
The Valiant +Stargazer series
Well of Souls
The Art of The Impossible
Deny Thy Father
Night of the Wolves
Catalyst of Sorrows
The Buried Age

And during TNG: Dawn of the Eagles.

That's really the bounds of what you could call "the lost era". All the other books you mentioned don't really fall into that era. Red Sector takes place after Unification.
