Looking for information on TNG extras

Is there a list or database out there of actors who did non-speaking walk on roles in TNG eps? IMDB's so called "full cast" doesn't include extras, so that was no help.

I'm especially interested in an actress that appeared as a "Ten Forward staffer" in the final scene in "Yesterday's Enterprise" (she served Geordi a drink while he talked to Guinanan).
