Looking for a story

Years ago I came across a piece of TNG fanfic online. In the story Q sends Picard to 20th century Earth, where Picard starts working at a diner and develops a relationship with either the owner or a waitress. I also remember Picard happening across Star Trek while watching TV, and the woman thought that he was an actor. I seem to recall the title being something like "Would You Like Fries With That?", but I'm not sure.

For some reason I just started thinking about this story so I figured I would try to find it, but no luck so far. Has anyone else read this story? If so, do you know where I can find it?

I believe the story you are looking for is an oldie off of ASC (alt.startrek.creative). I remember reading and enjoying it years ago on Trekiverse (the ASC archive) but I could not find it there when I went searching for it. The title is A la Q (or,"You Want Fries With That?") by Kellie Matthews-Simmons & Julia Kosatka. There is a copy of it here:
