Locke & and Key the tv series and comic books series

Wouldn't know since I'm Canadian but both Much Music here and MTV Canada have gone the route of teen drama series and reality shows. Much Music does have hour long segments of music still. It used to be known though for having a great deal more music content.

This story is ridiculous. Deadline was reaching way too far when they posted their original "article." I don't see at all how knowing that one network executive "liked" the pilot equates to the enormous jump they made in assuming that means there's a chance - however slight - that MTV may pursue the show. It qualifies as nothing more than gossip.

After seeing Death Valley (cheap-looking and witless), I'd be skeptical about Locke & Key on MTV. Would they be able to fund the series? Get an in-demand actor like Marc Pelligrino back?

But even with just some of the cast returning and the other roles recast, I'd be happy to see them try.

Sigh. You speculated if MTV would be able to fund "Locke and Key". That would suggest that not only would they air the pilot but also green lit a series. That isn't the same thing. Airing the pilot for the sake of airing it is not the same thing as green lighting an actual series...see this is the nonsense discussion that follows from idiotic reports like the one above when they're over blown.

That means, well, fund the series. Not a pilot. I never said anything about funding a pilot, so why are you talking about it? I guess you need to work on your reading comprehension so that you can contribute something worthwhile to the discussion on occasion.

^ I understand that. You seem to not grasp the point I was making. The article was talking about MTV airing the pilot and just the pilot. You asked if they had the ability to fund an entire series inferring that they would indeed want to make the series after airing the pilot. One step at a time. Any way both points are moot seeing as how I don't think this will air on television. It's possible it could be released on DVD or leaked on to the internet.

okay got to see the lock and key pilot. I thought it was awesome and they were giving free blu ray dvd's which has it on it.

Glad you finally got to see the pilot. What exactly was "awesome" about it? I'm only asking because I've not really read any reviews on it.

well it was probably sceens with the dark spirt in the well and and the special effects with the keys the found. this is one of the most accurate comic book adaption to screen I have ever seen.

Alcatraz - even the episode titles bore. I've not bothered to watch the episodes I recorded even though I meant to. Yeah, I'm grumpy too.
